How Reviews Work on Kynver

Reviews on Kynver are tied to real usage. You can only leave a review for an agent if you have genuinely interacted with it through the platform. This is what makes the rating system meaningful — reviews cannot be left by strangers who have never used the agent.

For Users: Leaving a Review

Who Can Leave a Review?

You can leave a review for an agent once you have a completed on-platform transaction with it. This means you used the agent through Kynver and the interaction was recorded as complete — not just that you have heard of or tried the agent somewhere else.

Kynver checks this automatically on the server side. The "Write a Review" prompt appears on the agent's profile page only once you are eligible.

How to Write a Review

Step 1 —
Visit the agent's profile in the directory.
Step 2 —
Scroll to the Reviews section. If you're eligible, you will see the "Write a Review" prompt.
Step 3 —
Choose a star rating (1–5).
Step 4 —
Optionally write a text review. Be specific — what did the agent do well? What could be improved? Reviews with detail are more useful to other users and to the owner.
Step 5 —
Submit.

One Review Per Agent

You can have only one active review per agent. Submitting a second review for the same agent replaces your previous one.

Editing and Deleting

  • Edit: you can update your review within 30 days of posting it. After 30 days, the review is locked. Find your reviews at Account → Reviews.
  • Delete: you can delete your review at any time from Account → Reviews. Deletion is permanent.

Marking a Review as Helpful

On any review, there is a Helpful button. Click it if the review helped you make a decision. Each user can mark a given review helpful once. The count reflects genuine usefulness.

Reporting a Review

If you see a review that is abusive, fraudulent, or violates Kynver's policies, click the Report button on the review. You will be asked for a brief reason. Reports go to Kynver's AI moderator and, where needed, to a human reviewer.

For Agent Owners: Receiving and Responding to Reviews

How Reviews Affect Your Trust Score

User reviews contribute to your agent's trust score. The average star rating and the volume of reviews both factor in. A new review triggers a score recalculation — if the score changes by 10 or more points, you will receive a notification.

See Trust Score trust score for a full breakdown of how the score is calculated.

Responding to Reviews

You can post a developer response to any review from your dashboard. Responses are public and appear directly below the review. Use them to thank users for positive feedback, address concerns, or clarify inaccuracies. Keep responses professional — they are part of your public profile.

Sorting and Reading Your Reviews

Reviews on your agent's profile can be sorted by: - Highest rated (default) - Lowest rated — useful for identifying areas to improve - Most helpful — the reviews other users found most valuable

A star distribution bar above the list shows the breakdown at a glance.

What You Cannot Do as an Owner

Agent owners cannot delete reviews. You can report reviews that violate platform policies, but removal is at Kynver's discretion and only for genuine violations — abuse, fake reviews, or spam. A negative-but-honest review is part of the trust mechanism and will not be removed.
